The International Society of Hypertension is pleased to announce that our 2026 Scientific Meeting will be held in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates from 22 to 25 October 2026.

The meeting will be hosted by the Emirates Cardiac Society (ECS).

Earlier in May, the ISH Executive Committee met with representatives from the ECS to begin planning the event.

More details about ISH2026 will be publicised in due course.

ISH President Professor Bryan Williams said: “We are excited about what will be a special meeting in Dubai, in a region of the world that has not yet hosted an ISH congress. We were impressed by the bid to hold the meeting from the Emirates Cardiac Society, and look forward to working with them.”

Professor Abdulla Shehab, Vice President of the Emirates Cardiac Society and member of the ISH Middle East and North Africa Regional Advisory Group, said: “We are delighted to be hosting this meeting and look forward to working with the ISH on the development of the congress.”

Dubai was chosen as the venue of the ISH 2026 Scientific Meeting at the end of a competitive process overseen by the ISH Council.

The 2024 ISH Scientific Meeting is being held in Cartagena, Colombia. Register for ISH2024.
