ISH Officers part of Malaysian Society of Hypertension meeting
ISH President Bryan Williams, Treasurer Fadi Charchar and Immediate Past President Maciej Tomaszewski delivered a special symposium on crafting a wellness programme for heart health at MSH2024, held in Kuala Lumpur, 12-14 July.
The symposium highlighted the importance of putting patients at the centre of hypertension care, and highlighted the ISH position paper on lifestyle management of hypertension.
All three were also involved in the judging of presentations at the conference. Prof Williams also delivered a plenary lecture on morning vs evening dosing of common antihypertensives in UK adults (the TIME study).
